HydroFit makes water-weight training equipment: tubes, spheres, vests, and balls you fill from any tap, where the shifting water is the resistance. These terms cover everything we sell, including equipment such as the Tube Trainer, Sphere Trainer, Hydro Ball, Bulgarian Trainer, Kettle Trainer, Hand Trainers, Hydrovest System, and PRO series, plus accessories, bundles, the companion app, and our digital training programs. They apply to every order placed on or after the date above.

Our equipment is built for land-based strength and balance training. Using it means you agree to:

• Fill only with clean tap water, following the included instructions.
• Treat listed weights as maximums. "Up to" figures describe a full tool; actual weight depends on how much water you add.
• Inspect your equipment before each session and stop using any tool that is damaged or leaking.
• Keep it out of open water. It is training gear, not a flotation device, seat, or toy.
• Supervise minors at all times when they train with it.

If you are new to training, pregnant, or managing an injury or medical condition, talk to a doctor before you start.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order where there is a pricing or stock error, or where we suspect fraud, and if we do you receive a full refund. Prices, currency, and any taxes collected are the ones shown at checkout for your market. For international orders, any import duties or fees not collected at checkout are your responsibility.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. In-stock orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days, and sets ship complete, so every tool arrives together. Responsibility for the goods passes to you at delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

You have 60 days from delivery to return equipment you bought from us. To start a return:

• Contact us for a return authorization and the return address. Unannounced returns can be refused.
• Drain, dry, and repack the equipment in its original packaging with everything it shipped with.
• Ship it back with a tracked carrier of your choice and keep the shipping receipt. We reimburse 80% of the return shipping cost; your only cost is the remaining 20%.

Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the full price, plus the shipping reimbursement, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or past the 60-day window may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Every tool is built and tested to hold water under load. If anything leaks within your first 60 days, we replace it, no questions. If we shipped you a defective or incorrect item, the return costs nothing: we cover the return shipping in full.

The companion app and our training programs are licensed to you personally. You may not share, resell, or redistribute them. Digital programs can be refunded within 60 days of purchase only if you have not started them; once a program is accessed, it is non-refundable.

Everything on this store, including the HydroFit name, wordmark, product photography, training content, and copy, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Strength training carries inherent risk. You are responsible for training within your own ability and for using the equipment as instructed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms sit alongside your local consumer law, not above it. Where the law of your country gives you a stronger right, such as a mandatory withdrawal period or a refund without deductions, that right applies and nothing in these terms limits it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its date. Changes never apply retroactively to an order you have already placed.
